Cancellation Policy
- OHANA NAILS POLICIES -
By booking any service(s) online with us, you agree to accept the terms of our business operations. Please familiarize yourself with these expectations
💖 Deposits & New Clients
• All nail clients are required to submit a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
• A completed New Client Form is required prior to your appointment.
💅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules will require a $50 deposit to rebook.
👑 No-Show Policy
• No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Clients who no-show must prepay 100% of their service total before booking again.
✨ Nail Adjustments
• If you experience any concerns with your nails, please notify me within 3 days for a complimentary fix.
• After 3 days, corrections will be charged accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
🧼 Arrival & Hygiene
For everyone’s comfort and safety, please arrive:
• On time
• With freshly washed, clean hands
• Free of open or fresh wounds around the nail area
• Feeling well (if you are sick, please reschedule to prevent infection)
