By booking any service(s) online with us, you agree to accept the terms of our business operations. Please familiarize yourself with these expectations
Walk-ins are welcome! But keep in mind, walk-ins are first come, first serve and only taken when there's availability. To ensure a service and reduce long wait time, please book an appointment
CARD POLICY: To secure your spot, a card must be on file for all clients
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
LATE POLICY: If a client runs late, we allow up to 10 minutes past the start time of the appointment for the client to show up. After 10 minutes, the client is considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Please call or text if you are going to be late. If you are running late, please expect that you may not get the full service you've reserved in the time allotted. Your service may be denied and rescheduled if you arrive later than 10 minutes.
NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show up to their appointment and does not respond within 24 hours from their scheduled appointment time, they will be charged a 50% no-show fee. If it has been done twice, you will be taken off our books indefinitely.
REFUNDS POLICY: No refunds will be given, but minor adjustments can be made if brought to attention at the time of your appointment. Repairs will be provided free of charge for the first three days after your appointment
